​Where are the classes held?
The classes are held at different places around Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. From schools such as St. Josephs, Orwell Park, Ormiston Academy and Royal Hospital School to David Lloyd Leisure Centres. Most of the classes take part at the BRAND NEW DANCE STUDIOS at Maidenhall sports centre, Gainsborough and Whitton's Sports Centre; where the childrens dance term is held!

​I've never danced before; does it matter?
Not at all, every person who attends the class range from experienced to beginner. Some attend to lose weight others come to socialise and have fun!

​Do I need to be a member of the Gym or Social Clubs?
No you don't, you can turn up for one class and not have to worry about membership fees/contracts! There are "Packages" for kids term classes as paying for a term works out cheaper but the PAYG is more flexible for those that can't commit every week!

​What style dances do you do?
I teach routines you see everyday on Music Videos (Street and Hip Hop) as well as Burlesque Routines, Musical Theatre, and Workout classes! However have members of my team trained in ballet, jive, bollywood, salsa and lyrical which sometimes take over from me if for whatever reason I cannot make the classes. All the instructors are under "Just Jay Dance" insurance and are just as friendly and crazy as me :)

​Do you do anything other than the classes?
Just Jay Dance does kids birthday parties as well as performing at adult events such as night club promo events and also run the entertainment for the Christmas Party theme nights at Trinty Park, Wherstead Park and All Manor of Events. We also have a troupe for those wanting to be apart of something more...we were also the ONLY dance act to WIN the "Ipswich Got Talent" competition held at the Regent theatre.. We can organise routines to open and close fashion shows, events and weddings! Just ask!

​How much are the classes?
​The workout and adult dance classes are £7 PAYG. The children's classes work out cheaper (paying termly) at £5/£6 per class. Birthday parties vary depending on location, how many children, how long etc.. But for a rough guide a 2 hour dance party for 15 children (venue included/not food) is between £125/£160 - games, prizes and certificate/present for birthday boy or girl. Optional disco lights available too at £50 extra.

​How old do I have to be?
You need to be over 16 to do the Burlesque Classes, but for all other classes there is NO age limit...I teach 3 year olds through to 50+.

​I'm not convinced and still worry I will look stupid!
Call me or come to a class to just watch (you will soon regret sitting down and not taking part!) No one is ever singled out or made to feel embarrassed. That's not what we're about. It's about having fun, learning, educating and most of all feeling motivated and inspired to come back again.
